Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. However, due to the custom nature of each watch, cancellations are subject to service fees:

• Cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order: 10% service fee to cover administrative costs.
• Cancellation after 24 hours but before shipment: 50% service fee to cover material costs and lost labor time.

If you wish to cancel your order to choose a different design, please contact us at info@modsbychin.com within 24 hours of placing the order to avoid additional charges. After 24 hours, design changes may incur a service fee, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
