All watches are hand-built to order. After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your build slot and an estimated lead time. Once the parts pass quality checks, the building process starts. When completed, you'll be notified by email and your watch will be shipped to you.

Our current lead time is 3 - 4 weeks from the date of order to completion.

This is done to ensure quality, these times are also an estimate and your watch may be ready slightly sooner or later. We do seek your kind understanding if any possible delays in logistics surface.

We ship to almost every country with expedited insured delivery. Shipping charges and availability will be shown at checkout.

We use DHL Express/Fedex for international orders, providing full insurance and tracking.

Orders in Singapore are shipped via Qexpress/Singpost & fully insured with tracking. A tracking number is provided within 3 working days of dispatch. If you do not receive one, contact us at info@modsbychin.com.

Shipping charges depend on your destination country which is confirmed at checkout with your address. These charges do not include customs or import taxes imposed by your country. Shipping is free for all orders within Singapore.

Ordering a bespoke watch with us is straightforward. Just visit our Bespoke page and send us an email detailing the modifications you desire on your existing watch or let us create one from scratch. Whether it's a design you've found online or a unique combination of elements, the possibilities are endless.

We provide modification services for Seiko and third-party watches, including changes to crystal, bezel, dial, hands, bezel insert, and case. Our services are however limited to NH series, VK63 or VK64 movements.

We specifically work with Seiko models such as SNZF Urchin, SRPD, SKX007, and SRP Turtle.

Our custom watches may have dials and cases with varying water resistance ratings. Only rely on the specified water resistance rating in the product specification of your custom watches.

Any usage exceeding this rating voids the Modsbychin 1-year warranty. Refer to our Warranty & Service section for more information.

We don't accept returns or refunds for changes of mind or etc reasons on custom made watches.

We only consider returns/refunds for defective or damaged items covered by our 1-year limited warranty. For more details, check our Returns & Refund section.

Yes it is, you can cancel your order at any time before it ships. However, all cancelled orders are subject to a variable service fee deduction based on the time you cancel. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy section for more details.
