Warranty & Service

All Modsbychin watches come with a 1-year international warranty starting from the date of shipment. This warranty covers repair or replacement in the event of any manufacturing defects or faults. However, the warranty does not cover damages resulting from abnormal use, including:

• Damage due to improper care or disregard for the product specifications.
• Mechanical issues caused by knocks, dents, or impacts.
• Water damage from improper use of the crown or failure to follow water resistance guidelines as stated on the product page.
• Damage to the quick-set date function due to improper mechanical care.
• Surface damage like scratches, dents, or knocks from regular use.
• Any damage or failure resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties.

If you receive a defective or damaged watch, Modsbychin 1-year International warranty will cover the eligible repair or replacement. To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at info@modsbychin.com. Once your claim is approved, you will receive a one-time return shipping label at no cost. Please return the watch in its original packaging, ensuring it is securely packed.

If a watch is found to be ineligible for repair or replacement due to a false claim, Modsbychin reserves the right to charge the customer for repairs or refuse the service. If you disagree with the repair charges, you can request the watch to be returned to you, and any shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
